The deal will see more than 240 Keepler employees join Accenture, adding expertise in data engineering, analytics and AI deployment.
The Madrid-headquartered firm, which also has a presence in London and Lisbon, focuses on helping organisations build modern data platforms and apply AI across core business processes.
Founded in 2018, Keepler provides end-to-end services spanning data strategy, cloud-native architecture and advanced analytics, including generative and agentic AI. Its approach centres on preparing enterprise data environments to support AI at scale, alongside ensuring governance, compliance and operational visibility.
For Accenture, the acquisition supports its ongoing push to expand AI-led transformation services. The company has been investing heavily in capabilities that allow clients to integrate AI into existing operations, rather than treating it as a standalone technology layer.
Mercedes Oblanca, Accenture’s market unit lead for Spain and Portugal, said the addition of Keepler strengthens the company’s ability to deliver end-to-end AI and data solutions, particularly as businesses look to improve resilience and competitiveness through technology.
Keepler CEO Juan María Aramburu said joining Accenture would allow the company to scale its existing offerings and accelerate delivery of AI-driven outcomes for clients across Spain and the wider EMEA region.
The acquisition forms part of a broader strategy by Accenture to build out its AI portfolio through targeted deals. Recent additions have included specialist firms focused on areas such as data engineering, machine learning operations and AI consultancy.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, including the purchase of shares held by private equity firm DTCP.
