Aquablue opens New Jersey HQ as global connectivity demand surges

Aquablue has opened a new headquarters in Morristown, New Jersey, marking a significant step in its ongoing global expansion and signalling continued demand for simplified enterprise connectivity models.

The move places the company in downtown Morristown, close to New York’s financial ecosystem and a concentration of healthcare, technology and multinational businesses. It comes as enterprises increasingly seek streamlined approaches to managing complex, multi-carrier networks.

Aquablue has grown its workforce by more than 40% over the past year, including a 13% increase in Q1 2026 alone. Recent hires include Erika Agatone as Chief Financial Officer, alongside new roles across service delivery, finance, quoting operations and the Network Operations Centre (NOC). Women now represent approximately 30% of the company’s workforce across key functions.

“These hires reflect the company’s continued investment in talent, infrastructure, and operational scale as demand grows for enterprise connectivity models that simplify global network management,” the company said.

“This new office represents more than just a change of address,” said Chris Marino. “It reflects the momentum we’re building as a company and our commitment to investing in our people, our clients, and our long-term vision.”

Aquablue’s aggregation model enables enterprises to operate under a single commercial framework rather than coordinating multiple carriers. The company has also received industry recognition, including NJBIZ honours and a shortlist at the 2025 Global Connectivity Awards.
