Boldyn Networks’ CEO, Igor Leprince has announced plans to step down after nearly six years leading the company.

In a note shared with employees, the departing CEO described the decision as a deeply personal and emotional one, reflecting on the company’s growth and transformation during his time.

“Today I would like to communicate to you that, after almost six years with the company, I have decided to leave Boldyn,” he wrote in a LinkedIn post.

“This is a highly emotional decision given how much Boldyn has and still represents for me personally and professionally. Words cannot express this well enough.”

Under his leadership, Boldyn Networks has grown into what he called “the global leading neutral host of the wireless industry.”

The CEO highlighted a number of major milestones, including landmark projects and expansion efforts. However, while he announced his planned departure, he confirmed he will remain with the company during the transition period.

“While this is a post to announce my planned departure, you will have to cope with me for a while longer. As the board starts to search for a new leader for Boldyn group,” he said.

“Given the importance of Boldyn for me, there is nothing I care about more than making sure that this transition has no impact on the performance of the company and I’ll work closely with the board to ensure we have a very orderly transition.”

He concluded: “We will have plenty of time to discuss more in the weeks and months to come.”
