Announcing the deal at Capacity Europe 2025, the partnership will combine both the company’s expertise to strengthen telecom infrastructure and explore new business opportunities that will help position them as leading players in Southern Europe’s digital ecosystem.

Speaking to Capacity, Islalink CEO, Esther Garcés said: “The partnership we agreed with Axcent, gives us further connectivity in those data centres to provide high-quality data centre services. Our aim is to provide high-quality protection for critical solutions.”

“Together, we’re building the foundation for a more connected, resilient, and innovative region,” she added.

The announcement comes as recently, Islalink expanded its footprint across Southern Europe through several deals including the acquisition of a data centre in Madrid.
