The MoU reflects a shared intent by iXAfrica and Zenlayer to explore opportunities that improve how global and regional customers connect, deploy and scale across key markets.
The companies plan to collaborate on numerous strategic areas, improving connectivity and interconnection options to support enterprise, expanding deployment choices by combining iXAfrica’s data centre infrastructure in Nairobi with Zenlayer’s edge cloud and connectivity platform.
Additionally, it also supports customer use cases such as East Africa market entry, hybrid architectures, cloud connectivity and performance-sensitive workloads.
The move is also designed to help customers access infrastructure that meets modern demands for speed, reliability and scalability, the company added.
