LogicMonitor and Deutsche Telekom have partnered to expand their partnership across Europe, with a goal to expand the availability of LogicMonitor within Deutsche Telekom’s managed services portfolio.
The expansion follows successful operational use in the UK, where LogicMonitor has been used since 2023. It has supported Deutsche Telekom’s service teams in improving visibility across network, cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments. Its successes include preventing 19 major incidents that could have impacted production environments, real-time AI-driven insights delivered directly to engineering teams and more proactive automated incident detection and response to avoid disruption.
Now, the experience gained from these deployments is informing broader service enablement across additional European markets.
“Enterprise customers don’t want more dashboards. They want certainty,” said Matt Tuson, GM EMEA at LogicMonitor. “Our expanded partnership with Deutsche Telekom shows how autonomous IT becomes practical at scale.
“When teams can anticipate issues instead of reacting to them, resilience becomes predictable. Together, we’re helping enterprises eliminate surprises and deliver resilient, future-ready infrastructure.”
LogicMonitor, an AI-first platform for autonomous IT, said it will be expanding its platform within Deutsche Telekom’s managed services portfolio across selected European markets, including DACH, Benelux and the Nordics.
Organisations require more visibility than ever before, particularly as enterprise IT environments become more complex. To that end, LogicMonitor is able to complement Deutsche Telekom’s existing service management, monitoring and security tooling. This helps teams anticipate, detect and resolve issues before they impact business operations.
Deutsche Telekom has been able to enhance its end-to-end service assurance, it said, across traditional networks, SD-WAN and cloud-managed services through a unified platform that provides continuous visibility. According to both companies, this enables better focus on delivering resilient, well-governed services across those complex IT and network environments.
LogicMonitor availability also forms part of Deutsche Telekom’s modular, vendor-agnostic managed services portfolio. The plan is for the service to scale proven UK outcomes across Central and Northern Europe in a bid to accelerate AI-first observability across more customer environments.
“As our customers’ environments become more distributed and business-critical services increasingly depend on uninterrupted performance, predictive resilience becomes essential,” said Conrad Riedesel, VP at Deutsche Telekom Global Business.
“Expanding our partnership with LogicMonitor strengthens the digital foundation our customers rely on to modernise operations, accelerate cloud adoption and bring new services to market faster. It allows us to deliver greater operational stability while giving our customers the assurance they need to focus on innovation and growth.”
