Salesforce UKI CEO Zahra Bahrololoumi has unveiled what she calls the “agentic enterprise,” describing a new era in which humans and AI agents collaborate “seamlessly” to drive customer success, employee productivity, and operational efficiency.

Speaking at Agentforce World Tour London, Salesforce UKI, CEO, Zahra Bahrololoumi, said: “We are witnessing an agentic revolution. Many of us are interacting with AI constantly, in our personal lives and increasingly at work.”

However, she stressed that enterprises are “lagging behind” claiming, “the time is now to create a new kind of enterprise”.

Describing the agentic enterprise, Bahrololoumi said: “It’s where humans and agents drive customer success together. This is where loyalty grows.

“This is where trust deepens and this is where employees achieve more. In an agentic enterprise, decisions are smarter and operations run leaner and I am not describing the far future. The time is now.”

As a result, she highlighted the tool’s role in transforming businesses across industries, emphasising that while many companies are experimenting with AI, projects often stall due to poor data quality or fragmented technology.

This comes as the technology giant pledged and committed $6 billion into the UK through 2030.

“This investment supports the UK in becoming a leading AI and data hub, one that grows jobs, skills, and innovation across the region,” she said.

“For Salesforce in the UK, this positions us as an AI hub for the entire region and ensures the UK remains one of the best places to start and grow a business”

At the time, Salesforce CEO and chair, Marc Benioff, said: “We are doubling down on our long-standing commitment to the UK with this significant investment.

“We’re delighted that the UK, already a vital talent and innovation centre, will become our AI hub for Europe, driving product innovation for customers across the region.”
