How Schneider Electric seeks to scale AI data centre solutions

Schneider Electric showcases AI-ready infrastructure at Datacloud 2026, addressing power, cooling and resiliency demands for next-gen AI Factories at scale.

Schneider Electric is expected to showcase the latest advancements in its AI-ready solutions portfolio at Datacloud Global Congress 2026, which are designed to support next-generation AI Factories and large-scale digital infrastructure.

The company is expected to demonstrate how organisations can deploy AI-ready infrastructure responsibly through next-generation architectures, liquid cooling, intelligent software and digital services.

These announcements come during a time when AI infrastructure is becoming one of the key opportunities and challenges of this decade. As governments and businesses seek to invest further into the technology to scale economic growth, data centres remain central to these efforts, particularly as companies seek to build AI Factories.

Such scale leads to significantly high demands on power availability, rack density, cooling and infrastructure resiliency.

“AI is fundamentally reshaping the future of digital infrastructure, creating new demands around power, cooling and resiliency, at unprecedented scale,” said Marc Garner, global president, cloud and service provider segment at Schneider Electric. “At Datacloud Global Congress, we will demonstrate how collaboration across the ecosystem is enabling the next generation of AI factories and helping organisations build scalable, resilient and sustainable infrastructure, built for the AI era.”

Schneider Electric executives, including EVP, energy management business, Frédéric Godemel, and Thierry Chamayou, VP cloud and service providers in EMEA, will participate in panels discussions at Datacloud to explore how their deployments differ from hyperscale and enterprise requirements and how Europe can keep pace in the race for AI. They will also explore the strategies needed to support responsible AI infrastructure growth.

Likewise, the company’s VP datacenter innovation, Sébastien Cruz-Mermy, will lead a technical innovation session focused on the future of AI factories and the infrastructure strategies required to support them. He will examine how ultra-high-density rack design, next-generation DC power delivery architectures and resilient cooling strategies are becoming critical to enabling the future of AI infrastructure at scale.

The session comes as Schneider Electric continues to expand its AI infrastructure ecosystem. It has been eager to position itself at the front of the ongoing AI and digital transformation boom, particularly as power-hungry data centres require significant cooling to operate faster and on a larger scale.

Continued demand for Schneider Electric’s services has fuelled its earnings, in addition to the company still enjoying the benefits of its acquisition of Motivair last year.

Motivair by Schneider Electric announced two new CDUs at the end of last year to deliver scalability and efficiency for high-performance computing (HPC), AI Factory and data centre environments.
