The partnership will allow TelCables to offer seamless onward connectivity from its subsea “Atlantic Bridge” into euNetworks’ extensive intercity and cross-border footprint, giving enterprises, operators and service providers broader options for network growth across Europe.
TelCables Europe will provide customers with interface access to more than 33,000km of subsea assets and a 50,000km partner network, while leveraging euNetworks’ infrastructure spanning 17 countries, 930+ on-net data centres and 230+ cloud on-ramps.
euNetworks owns and operates 18 metropolitan fibre networks and a 45,000km long-haul backbone, including multiple diverse, low-latency routes into the key FLAP-D markets of Frankfurt, London, Amsterdam, Paris and Dublin.
The agreement strengthens TelCables’ global proposition, extending its reach beyond Latin America, the US, Africa and the Middle East, and enabling customers to land in Europe and scale rapidly using euNetworks’ dense terrestrial platform.
Marisa Trisolino, CEO of euNetworks said: “This collaboration with TelCables Europe opens new digital gateways to customers seeking to expand their services in a market facing accelerating demand for scalable, AI-ready connectivity. The agreement allows us to extend our value proposition to leading and strategic African players, creating further value for their customers and shareholders.”
Samuel Carvalho, CEO of TelCables Europe said the partnership supports the company’s long-term strategy.
“Our collaboration with euNetworks strengthens our vision of positioning Lisbon as a true Atlantic bridge, connecting Central Europe to the Americas and Africa through a seamless, high-capacity digital ecosystem.
By combining TelCables’ extensive subsea and partner cable systems with euNetworks’ expansive European footprint, we can deliver broader, faster, and more resilient network access for customers across Europe, Brazil, the U.S., Africa and the Middle East.”
Both companies say the collaboration will support new market entry, improve routing diversity and help enterprises accelerate digital transformation across established and emerging regions.
