​The campus will be built and developed on Altarea land near Bordeaux, with the low-carbon urban transformation group already securing a 400MW power connection with the French utility.

​According to the pair, the partnership will combine expertise in real estate, development and digital infrastructure to support hyperscale, cloud and AI companies globally.​
